Educational Psychology for Everyone Ltd (EPE) is looking to recruit an Educational Psychologist (EP) to join our established, small, friendly and very well-respected multi-professional independent service. We are based in Stourbridge and currently work in close to 70 schools across the West Midlands area: Dudley, Wolverhampton, Walsall, Worcester, Shropshire, Sandwell and Birmingham. We are hoping to find an enthusiastic and hardworking individual who shares our passion for supporting children and young people and can be part of our continued success and expansion.

As an EP for EPE you will provide the full range of services to primary, secondary, specialist schools, academies, colleges, other partners, and parents and carers. This will include consultation, assessment, training and project-based work. As well as working alongside other EPs and Assistant EPs, you will be able to collaborate with our other colleagues including our Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Speech and Language Therapist, Play Therapist, Specialist Teacher and Specialist Teaching Assistant.

As our work is not driven by LA demands, we are not tied down to statutory assessments and deadlines. As such we can work flexibly, creatively and dynamically ensuring work is child and young person focused. 


We are keen for individuals within the team to work together to shape service delivery and practices as well as developing their own skills through excellent CPD opportunities. We are also happy to support staff to pursue areas of specialism, if this is something they are interested in. Career progression is important to us. ​
